ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES

1.1- SELLER: UGENCY TRADING LTD.

1.2 - BUYER The person who makes a purchase from www.aimodule.net.

ARTICLE 2 – GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1- BUYER certifies that he/she has read and informed the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics of the product subject to the contract, sales price and payment method and delivery on the SELLER's website named www.aimodule.net and has given the necessary confirmation electronically. declares.

2.2- It is guaranteed that the product subject to the contract will be ready for delivery 24 hours after the order period, unless a special situation is specified.

2.3- If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the BUYER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible if the person/organization to be delivered does not accept the delivery.

2.4- The SELLER is responsible for the delivery of the product subject to the contract in a sound, complete and with the qualities specified in the order.

2.5- For the delivery of the product subject to the contract, the signed copy of this contract must be delivered to the SELLER and the price must be paid with the payment method preferred by the BUYER. If the product price is not paid for any reason or is canceled in bank records, the SELLER is deemed to be free from the obligation to deliver the product.

2.6- If the SELLER cannot deliver the product subject to the contract within the deadline due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances such as adverse weather conditions that prevent transportation or interruption of transportation, the SELLER is obliged to notify the BUYER of the situation. In this case, the BUYER may exercise one of the rights to cancel the order, replace the product subject to the contract with a comparable product, if any, and/or postpone the delivery period until the hindering situation disappears. If the BUYER cancels the order, the amount paid will be paid in cash and in lump sum within 10 days.

2.7- This contract becomes valid after it is signed by the BUYER and delivered to the SELLER by fax or mail. Responsibilities of the seller or provider

(1) The seller or provider is obliged to return all payments collected to the consumer, including delivery costs, if any, within 1 day from the date of receipt of the notification that the consumer has exercised his right of withdrawal.

(2) The seller or provider must make all refunds specified in the first paragraph at once, in accordance with the payment instrument used by the consumer when purchasing, and without incurring any costs or liabilities to the consumer.

(3) In exercising the right of withdrawal, the seller or provider is responsible for these costs, unless it is clearly stated that the return costs will be borne by the consumer. However, the price paid by the consumer cannot under any circumstances exceed the delivery costs paid for the order. Otherwise, the excess amount is paid to the consumer together with the price of the goods subject to withdrawal within the same period. Consumer obligations

(1) If the seller or supplier does not provide adequate information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the consumer cannot be held responsible for any changes or deterioration that occur in the goods in question.

ARTICLE 3 RIGHT OF REFUND

(2) Delivery of the goods by the seller to the carrier is not considered as delivery to the consumer.

(3) In contracts where the delivery of goods and the performance of services are made together, the provisions of the right of withdrawal regarding the delivery of goods shall apply. Exercise of the right of return

(1) It is sufficient to send the notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal to the seller or provider in writing or via a permanent data storage device, before the right of withdrawal expires.

(2) In exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer may use the form annexed to this Regulation or make a clear statement stating his/her decision to withdraw. The seller or provider may also offer an option on the website for the consumer to fill out this form or send a declaration of withdrawal.

(3) In sales made over the phone, the seller or provider must send the form annexed to this Regulation to the consumer at the latest until the delivery of the goods or the performance of the service.

ARTICLE 4 EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

(1)Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the consumer cannot exercise his right of withdrawal in the following contracts:

a) Contracts regarding goods or services whose prices change depending on fluctuations in financial markets and are not under the control of the seller or provider.

b) Contracts regarding goods prepared in line with the wishes or personal needs of the consumer.

c) Contracts for the delivery of goods that can quickly deteriorate or expire.

(2) Contracts regarding goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery.

(3) Contracts regarding services performed instantly in electronic environment and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.

ARTICLE 5 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

5.1- People under the age of 18 cannot shop from the SELLER.

5.2- SELLER is not responsible for price inaccuracies caused by typesetting and system errors.

ARTICLE 6 - COMPETENT COURT

In the implementation of this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the place of residence of the BUYER or SELLER are authorized up to the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
